
Dr. Reza Tirgari - Founder
Dr. Tirgari began his medical journey with research in molecular biology and earned a Biochemistry degree before completing his M.D. at the University of Maryland, focusing on neuroscience and neurochemistry. He further honed his expertise during a research year at Georgetown University’s Lombard Cancer Institute, studying molecular oncology and physiology.
His medical career in emergency care and trauma inspired a passion for healing, leading to the creation of TirgariMD, a skincare line designed for specific skin conditions. Through his work with Doctors Without Borders, Dr. Tirgari developed an oral rehydration formula to help children in developing countries, avoiding the need for IV treatments. This innovation also led him to explore recovery solutions for those needing faster detox and wellness support.
Combining years of research, biochemistry expertise, and real-world testing, Dr. Tirgari founded Replenish Beverages—a company dedicated to health, healing, and recovery.

John Dikmen - Art Director
John Dikmen has run his digital design firm since 1989.
Following his training in Architectural Design at Texas Tech University, he spent 12 years building and operating a successful International Marketing business.
He holds numerous professional certifications and has served as Creative Director for several companies over the past 2 decades.
John recently received his Studio Lighting Master certification in 2024.

Bob Dittrich - Director of Operations
A thought leader and veteran in the sports, entertainment, and beverage marketing space, Bob brings over 25 years of experience to Replenish.
With a deep background in building, marketing, and scaling beverage brands—from major players like Anheuser-Busch, MillerCoors, and Pepsi to emerging startups—Bob has a unique perspective on what it takes to succeed in the crowded beverage market.
Since launching his consulting firm in 2021, he’s focused on helping new beverage brands grow, scale, and find their niche.
Prior to starting his own agency and working with Dr. Reza and Replenish Beverages, Bob held a leadership position at Genesco Sports Enterprises developing both national and local brand sports and entertainment strategy for MolsonCoors. He also worked with Pepsi in a similar role, and spent time at the NCAA in Indianapolis. His career began with on-premise marketing for Anheuser-Busch in Chicago.
Bob has launched and holds equity in several alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverage brands, bringing hands-on entrepreneurial experience to every client he advises.
